All competition and regulatory approvals obtained
AP Moller-Maersk announced it has, on 1 September 2020, finalized the acquisition of KGH Customs Services, a pan-European customs services provider, following competition and regulatory approvals received
This further strengthens Maerk’s capabilities as an integrated container logistics company, offering end-to-end supply chain solutions to its global customers.
