UAE-based developer Arada has awarded Emrill a three-year facilities management contract.
The contract scope includes the delivery of mechanical, engineering and plumbing (MEP), heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), lifeguard, housekeeping and specialist services for Arada’s master community development Aljada’s several locations.
