The food supplier will now sell direct to consumers through leading UAE supermarkets
Merchant Meats, the Dubai based food supplier and restaurant, recently announced the expansion of its distribution network to include leading supermarkets across the UAE.
The premium fresh and frozen meat manufacturer has been supplying airlines and more than 280 hotels and restaurants in the UAE since 2004. It also successfully launched its own brand restaurant, Merchant Meats Tap and Grill, at Jumeirah Golf Estates in 2020 to serve their customers in the community directly.
The move is part of Merchant Meats’ continued expansion of the supply of its premium products across various distribution channels to ensure that locally sourced, farm-to-table produce is available to all.
“We have been working very closely with all major retailers across the country, looking at the market gaps and current and future customer demands,” remarked Mark McLeary, Head of Operations.
