Wind energy projects drive strong demand for cranes
MYCRANE, the first global platform for online crane rental, has bolstered its fast-growing business in India with the appointment of Mumbai-based Ashishkumar Tiwari to the role of Sales Director, India.
Tiwari has two decades of professional experience in India, working closely with the construction industry, as well as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) clients. His career highlights include holding the post of senior manager, plant and machinery for Reliance Industries Limited, India’s largest public company.
“India is proving to be one of the most receptive markets for our vision to digitalise the construction industry and help clients work more productively, safely and sustainably,” stated Andrei Geikalo, MYCRANE founder and CEO. “We are delighted to welcome Ashish to our expanding team and his contributions are already proving invaluable,” he added.
In less than a year, MYCRANE has registered many of India’s biggest industrial companies as customers. Via the free-to-use platform, MYCRANE’s Indian clients have access to more than 300 rental providers and thousands of cranes.
“With lifting equipment in such high demand, MYCRANE has an even more important role to play in helping our clients secure the cranes they need. I look forward to contributing to the digital transformation underway in our industry,” noted Tiwari.
