Newly launched Carzilla in the UAE’s automobile market is the latest car servicing platform, adding to and elevating the country’s developing on-demand sector, a company press communiqué said.
A mobile app and platform geared towards UAE residents looking for convenience and an easy car servicing solution, Carzilla will allow users to cruise smoothly through their auto-service experience, eliminating many traditional steps in between.
Carzilla was designed to enhance customer experience and engagement, paired with convenience, the press statement said. This on-demand provision will provide doorstep car servicing facilities to customers with the touch of a button, all through their web platform and mobile app.
Accordingly, the auto-service giant has partnered with a variety of local auto-hubs, a promising collaboration which will generate sales for both Carzilla and local companies through its platform and app. By using Carzilla, customers will be able to remotely schedule their bookings and begin using the app for all their vehicle necessities.
The newly launched company comes with a variety of auto-offerings that range from minor to major and full services, which are divided into seven categories: Regular Service, Quote Requests, Roadside Assistance, Doorstep Service, Registration and Renewal, Detailing, and Pre-Purchase Inspection.
