Registration reflects Munawala’s exceptional safety and security performance at Al Ain International Airport
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) recently awarded Munawala Ground Services (Munawala), Abu Dhabi Airports’ Ground Handling service provider, the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) Registration, marking its commitment to safety and security.
The award follows the successful completion of a comprehensive audit of Munawala’s management and safety systems at its headquarters in Abu Dhabi, as well as its ground-handling operations at Al Ain International Airport (AAN).
“Munawala is dedicated to delivering world-class safety performance, and consistently invests in training and new technology to ensure the highest standards across its operations,” stated Yousif Al Hammadi, General Manager, Munawala Ground Services.
ISAGO is an industry global standard for the oversight and audit of ground service providers. It is complementary to the internationally recognized and accepted IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) designed to assess the operational management and control systems of an air operator.
