Recognition awarded by the Dubai Economic Development
Aster Pharmacy-Al Majaz has been awarded the ‘Best Service Performance Outlet 2017’, recently announced by the Dubai Business Excellence Awards.
The Dubai Economic Development (DED) in Dubai annually honours the winners of Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES) for the best service performance outlets.
Under the DSES, Aster pharmacy was recognised for its exemplary service, and has set a new industry benchmark by achieving the highest level of service.
The pharmacy was evaluated across several performance indicators, including: health and safety; appearance; policy and standards; service delivery; staff efficiency; cash counters and facilities for people of determination.
The award was presented by Sami Al Qamzi, Director General, DED.
