New facility reinforces company’s commitment to talent development
Multi-award winning facilities management company, Emrill, has inaugurated its new training base in Dubai’s Al Quoz district as part of plans to drive staff development and growth.
The news follows Emrill’s landmark decision earlier this year to open satellite BICSc-certified training rooms at selected client sites, including Dubai International Airport, to fully embed internationally-recognised training standards into working environments.
Known as the Emrill Centre of Excellence, the training centre contains both BICSc-certified and NICEIC-accredited training and assessment rooms and will give students a place for hands-on experience in facilities management alongside a range of classroom-based and digital training.
A notable aspect of the new training facility is its large lecture theatre, known as the Knowledge Theatre, with tiered seating and a raised stage area, providing an impactful environment for training presentations.
The centre also contains common spaces and rooms for collaboration, workshops, seminars and open learning sessions.

“Our investment in this high-tech facility further reinforces Emrill’s commitment to talent development and up-skilling our people, by offering team members the most advanced training experience in the market,” affirmed Alex Davies, Managing Director, Emrill.
Sarah Rodgers, who recently took over as head of soft services at Emrill, and is responsible for the Learning & Development Department, added, “Our objective is to create a world class working environment where continuous learning and development can take place.”
