Manufacturer’s NapGard® and Plascoat® products are adapted for the region
Axalta, a global leading supplier of liquid and powder coatings, showcased its wide range of high-quality anti-corrosion products at the recently concluded Middle East Corrosion Conference and Exhibition (MECOR) 2020 in Dubai, a company press statement has revealed.
Axalta products, such as NapGard® and Plascoat®, are customized to meet the needs of customers in this region, including the oil and gas, water and construction industries.
“Our industry-leading thermosetting coatings are designed to meet customer needs in the oil and gas, construction, and other industrial industries,” asserted Franck Derouen, Business Director, Powder Coatings, Axalta.
Nap-Gard is a fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) coating that provides superior corrosion protection and has high-heat tolerances for such things as internal and external oil and gas piping, as well as with supplementary valve and girth-weld protective coatings.
The Plascoat®product line as highly durable coatings combines corrosion and abrasion resistance under tough operating and climate conditions. These products provide corrosion protection, and are highly-durable and abrasion resistant, which makes them applicable to a wide range of industries from industrial environments to offshore applications, the press statement continued.
