Khalifa Al Hammadi is Chairman of the developer’s BOD
Union Properties, a leading property developer in the United Arab Emirates, recently announced Khalifa Hasan Ali Saleh Al Hammadi as its new Chairman.
Al Hammadi was elected as the Chairman of the Board by acclamation at the company’s recent Board of Directors (BOD) meeting.
The new board members for Union Properties are Fathi Ben Abdul Sattar Ben Grira, Vice Chairman; Dahi Yousef Ahmed Abdulla Al Mansoori; Jorg Klar; Mohamed Fardan Ali Al Fardan; Darwish Abdulla Ahmed Al Ketbi and Abdul Wahab Al Halabi
Al Hammadi was appointed as the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Union Properties in December last year. He is also Chairman of Gulfa Mineral Water and Manufacturing Industries Company.
He has extensive experience in the financial sector and banking, investments, real estate and IT, a company press release indicated.
