Reconfirms its commitment as regional hub for innovation
Bayer Middle East recently inaugurated its new regional headquarters at Dubai Science Park (DSP).
“We are delighted to see Bayer expand its presence in our community and believe the life sciences leader will continue to add substantial value to the regional healthcare ecosystem from its modern office focused on collaboration and productivity,” noted Marwan Abdulaziz Janahi, Managing Director, Dubai Science Park.
Bayer’s new office design incorporates new ways of working founded on an Activity-Based-Work (ABW) set-up. This underlying conceptual approach aims to set new standards in regards to the workplace organization.
“There is a desire to refresh the existing working environment, shifting from the current traditional, conservative culture to a more collaborative and creative working environment enabled by the growing input of technology,” commented Henrik Wulff, Senior Bayer Representative – Middle East & Head of Bayer Pharmaceuticals Middle East.

Our strategy improves communication and helps to accelerate innovation,” remarked Sami Joost, Project Lead and Head of Communications / Public Affairs, Science & Sustainability (PASS) – Middle East.
