New partnership agreements signed in UAE, Iraq, Kuwait and Jordan
Canon Middle East (CME) has announced four new partners spanning the UAE, Iraq, Jordan and Kuwait, in the wake of easing Covid-19 restrictions. The new partnerships are in line with CME’s plans to continue to invest and strengthen operations across the Middle East region, a recent press communiqué revealed.
These newly signed partnerships signify the sixth partner in UAE, the eighth in Iraq, third in Jordan and fifth in Kuwait and a total of six new partnerships since the beginning of 2020, the note continued.
CME has also revived up focus on partner development and specialized tie-ups. A critical component that enabled CME to ensure uninterrupted service during the pandemic was CME’s foresight in investing in the e-commerce platform.
Launched in 2018, the e-commerce platform enabled CME to compensate for the economic lockdown, by activating next day delivery options to meet the growing needs of customers to WFH and establish a home office set-up.
CME has also reiterated its commitment to EXPO 2020, a global event that will play a critical role in shaping our post-pandemic world. For the first time in World Expo history, a single firm has been chosen to provide all of the event’s imaging and printing needs.
“We are confident that with the new strategic partnerships and the expertise to cater to emerging trends like WFH, we are well equipped to not only meet, but also exceed customer expectations,” affirmed Anurag Agrawal, Managing Director, Canon Middle East and Turkey.
