As AIT Worldwide Logistics’ North American ground distribution services continue to evolve, the company is mobilizing resources to further improve and integrate its road solutions. Accordingly, the company is reorganizing the leadership of its in-house truckload brokerage team.
Jon Hazlett has been promoted to AIT Truckload Solutions’ Vice President, operations – he was previously serving as the director of operations for the group. In his new role, Jon is responsible for procurement and carrier management, customer service, process improvement and achieving key performance indicator goals.
Hazlett and Kontuly both report to Executive Vice President, Road, Mike Rothacher. In addition to overseeing AIT Truckload Solutions, Rothacher has also assumed responsibility for AIT’s Middle Mile Network, the unique expedited less-than-truckload (LTL) alternative known for its fast, best-in-class service and exceptionally low claims ratio.
