Project will deliver over 90,000sqm of best-in-class warehouses
Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone (ADAFZ) has signed a Musataha agreement with Radius Group, a leading developer of industrial and logistics company, to develop a US$ 87mn warehousing facility.
Situated in the capital’s Al Falah District, spanning over 140,000sqm plot of land, the project will deliver over 90,000sqm of best-in-class warehouses.
This strategic investment will enhance Al Falah District’s logistics capabilities, create employment opportunities and boost the local economy.
The strategic agreement with Radius Group underscores ADAFZ’s commitment to attracting FDI to meet the growing demand for high-quality light industrial space, fostering growth in trade and industry and solidifying Abu Dhabi’s position as a leading business and investment hub.
