MoU announced at Global Rail 2024
Etihad Rail and DHL Global Forwarding have partnered with Unilever to reduce the carbon footprint of the company’s logistics operations in the UAE.
Announced at Global Rail 2024, this partnership will see Unilever leveraging RailDirect’s rail freight services to transport its goods, aligning with its sustainability targets. Unilever aims to cut its GHG emissions per consumer use by half by 2030 and achieve net zero emissions across its value chain by 2039.
