Initially planned over approximately 3sqkms, the area will be developed in phases with infrastructure works currently underway. New developments include a 21,000sqm-office tower, sporting facilities and food and beverage (F&B) retail facilities adjacent to the KEZAD Group HQ building, KEZAD One.
