Endeavour is part of the Emirati Real Estate Business Incubator Programme to empower national talent
Dubai Land Department (DLD), in collaboration with Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), the special economic zone for knowledge and innovation and a member of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ), organised an interactive meeting that brought together real estate developers and participants of the Emirati Real Estate Business Incubator Programme.
This initiative reflects the DLD’s commitment to empowering national talent and enhancing its integration into the real estate ecosystem.
The meeting marked a key practical milestone within the programme’s first phase, providing a direct platform for dialogue and knowledge exchange and fostering high-quality professional relationships between participants and leading developers.
Practical application
It aimed to support participants’ transition from the training stage to practical application, connect them with real opportunities in the real estate market, and enhance their readiness to engage with the sector efficiently and with confidence.
The programme is being implemented in collaboration with its strategic partners, including Dubai Silicon Oasis, the New Economy Academy, and Rochester Institute of Technology Dubai (RIT), through an integrated ecosystem designed to qualify Emirati real estate brokers, empower them to establish and manage their own companies.
“At Dubai Silicon Oasis, we are proud to have a strategic partnership with Dubai Land Department in this programme, which reflects our commitment to supporting an integrated ecosystem that enhances the development of national capabilities and broadens their participation in vital sectors,” asserted Badr Buhannad, Director General, Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Delivering value
“What is being built here goes beyond knowledge; it extends to establishing companies capable of competing and delivering real value to the market,” observed Eng. Abdullah Ahmed Al Shehhi, CEO, Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
The Emirati Real Estate Business Incubator Programme is one of the pioneering initiatives led by Dubai Land Department, aimed at building an integrated ecosystem that supports Emirati brokers, empowers them to establish sustainable real estate companies, and strengthens their role in driving sector growth, a press statement concluded.
