Its Flagship Leadership Program saw 30% participation from external entities in Sharjah
BEEAH, the region’s sustainability and innovation pioneer, celebrated the graduation of the second cohort of its Future Leadership Program, a flagship initiative dedicated to developing future-ready executives to excel in high-impact roles.
The ceremony marked the conclusion of the program’s 2025-2026 cycle, which welcomed participants from organizations beyond BEEAH for the first time since launching in 2023, reinforcing its growing role as a collaborative platform for leadership development rooted in Sharjah.
Developed in collaboration with global education leader Emeritus, the 10-month immersive program brought together 20 high-potential professionals to become agile, future-ready leaders, equipping them with capabilities across critical business domains, including emerging technologies, finance, innovation, design thinking, and communication.
Broadening appeal
This year’s cross-organizational cohort represented a broadening appeal for the program from forward-thinking businesses in the fields of media, philanthropy, and education alongside professionals from BEEAH.
These included the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, The Big Heart Foundation, and the Khalid Bin Sultan Al Qasimi Humanitarian Foundation.
“The Future Leadership Program reflects our commitment to empowering leaders with the skills to thrive in a complex global economy,” asserted Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO and Vice Chairman, BEEAH.
Intensive curriculum
The program revolves around an intensive curriculum comprising 10 modules delivered by a network of expert global faculty. This year’s learning journey was further refined to address the evolving business landscape, covering areas such as leadership, innovation, strategic execution, financial literacy, marketing, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
“This cohort has embodied this spirit and more, working alongside peers from partner organizations to remind us that extraordinary leadership is cultivated through diverse perspectives,” added Hind Al Huwaidi, Chief Executive Development Officer, BEEAH.
