Deal to drive the next chapter of the iconic British performance brand in the UAE
AGMC, one of the UAE’s leading automotive companies and part of Albatha Group, has signed an agreement with Lotus Cars to become the brand’s official distributor in the United Arab Emirates.
The signing ceremony, held in Dubai on 24 June 2026, marks the beginning of a new chapter for Lotus in the UAE and reinforces the brand’s commitment to one of the region’s most important luxury automotive markets.
Under the agreement, AGMC will oversee sales, after-sales and customer experience operations for Lotus across the UAE, providing customers with access to the brand’s growing portfolio of luxury performance vehicles, supported by AGMC’s established infrastructure, technical expertise and premium ownership experience.
Shared commitment
The partnership brings together two organisations with a shared commitment to innovation, excellence and customer experience. It also represents another important milestone in AGMC’s continued evolution as a house of brands, strengthening its portfolio of premium and luxury automotive marques.
Supporting the new partnership is the development of three new Lotus AGMC sales facilities in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah, and two aftersales facilities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, greatly expanding the brand’s sales and aftersales footprint to reach customers across the UAE.
