The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), represented by the Sharjah Training and Development Center (STDC), is set to launch the Oxford and Cambridge Executive Programme in Leadership, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation, taking place at the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge from 30 August to 5 September 2026.
The programme is part of the Sharjah Chamber’s strategic initiatives for 2026, underscoring its commitment to investing in human capital and developing future-ready executive leadership equipped to navigate rapid advances in AI, the digital economy, strategic decision-making, and digital transformation.
It is designed to enhance organisational agility in responding to accelerating technological advances by integrating AI more effectively into leadership frameworks and decision-making processes, while fostering responsible innovation and resilience.
Interactive sessions
The programme combines expert-led lectures and interactive sessions led by senior academics and specialists from the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge, together with leading academic and professional institutions in the UK.
Maryam Saif Al Shamsi, Assistant Director General of the Support Services Sector at SCCI, said the Oxford and Cambridge Executive Programme forms part of the Sharjah Chamber’s strategic vision to invest in talent development and executive leadership.
Future-ready leaders
She explained that the programme aims to build future-ready leaders equipped with the knowledge, capabilities, and tools needed to harness AI and emerging technologies to drive organisational transformation and strengthen competitiveness.
For her part, Amal Abdullah Al Ali, Director of STDC, said that the programme is designed to extend beyond traditional academic learning by offering an interactive platform combining knowledge, practical application, and hands-on experience.
