Globalpharma, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dubai Investments and one of the UAE’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PrinceFarma, an Angola-based pharmaceutical distribution company, to advance pharmaceutical distribution in Angola.
The collaboration will focus on advancing regulatory alignment and establishing commercial and distribution frameworks for Globalpharma’s portfolio in Angola, including the identification of priority therapeutic areas and structured pathways for market development.
The MoU was signed by Mohammed Saeed Al Raqbani, General Manager, Dubai Investments Industries and Masharie and Board Director at Globalpharma and Aziz Rahemani, Managing Director, PrinceFarma Group.

“As part of this collaboration, PrinceFarma will support the distribution of Globalpharma’s pharmaceutical portfolio in Angola, complementing Globalpharma’s plans to establish pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in DIP Angola,” emphasized Dr Basem Albarahmeh, Chief Executive Officer, Globalpharma.
“This partnership with Globalpharma is an important step towards improving access to high-quality medicines in Angola,” added Rahemani.
