Ohana Development, a leading UAE real estate developer, has officially broken ground on Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana, its AED 15bn gated waterfront community located on Yas Canal in Abu Dhabi.
The company also opened the project’s dedicated Experience Centre, providing prospective buyers and investors with an opportunity to explore its masterplan, residences, design, finishes and waterfront location.
The ceremony was attended by Husein Salem, CEO, and Mustafa El Sammak, COO, Ohana Development; Ferran Soriano, CEO of City Football Group; Sultan Al Memari, Acting Executive Director of the Real Estate Regulation Sector at the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC); Ahmed Salem, GM, Ohana Development; and other senior executives.
Key milestones
