Saeed Hamad Obaid Al Dhaheri to take over at the helm
Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) recently announced that it has appointed Saeed Hamad Obaid Al Dhaheri as Chief Executive Officer.
Al Dhaheri brings a wealth of highly relevant experience that will support his new role as Chief Executive Officer, ADX, helping it further develop and move confidently into the future.
During the past few years, Al Dhaheri held a number of senior positions in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the most prominent of which was as Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi National Energy (TAQA), a role he assumed since May 2016.
Before joining TAQA, Al Dhaheri held several important roles across different sectors in the emirate such as, Abu Dhabi Media Company, Etihad Rail and Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA).
Al Dhaheri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Eckerd College in Florida, USA.

For his part, Al Dhaheri expressed his gratitude for the confidence of the Board of Directors of ADX, indicating that he is looking forward to achieving the strategic objectives of the exchange.
