Cargojet is Aetios’ first partner carrier
Air cargo charter software company Aerios welcomed award-winning Canadian cargo airline Cargojet as the launch customer for its recently released Carrier App. Alpha carrier Cargojet reports a 40% reduction in quote-processing time during extensive trials.
Following extensive trials of the Carrier App, Cargojet reported significant benefits, including a 40% reduction in the time it takes to send charter quotations to its customers. While Cargojet’s customers now experience much faster response times to their charter requests, internally, the charter team’s efficiency has increased by centralizing their operation through a single platform. Speed and consistency in quote processing also help improve the chances of quote conversion.
Aerios’ Carrier App has helped to build Cargojet’s CRM capability, which will provide it with access to internal data and reporting, helping identify opportunities with new or existing clients; support business development with existing clients and identifying the value and nature of lost opportunities.
Early adoption
“I am proud to announce Cargojet as our first partner carrier. Cargojet’s early adoption and feedback have been invaluable in shaping the Aerios Carrier App. The alpha program and partnership with the Cargojet team has been an incredible journey,” stated Simon Watson, Founder of Aerios.
Developed specifically for the air cargo charter market, Aerios’ Carrier App provides a comprehensive charter management solution that seamlessly integrates CRM and communication systems with a carrier’s flight operation, creating a single digital workflow.
Aerios’ product suite enables airlines of all sizes to efficiently distribute and advertise their capacity to brokers and charter professionals, maximizing revenue opportunities, a press communique concluded.
