Adam’s promotion reflects Efficio’s continued focus on strengthening its presence in the Gulf
Efficio, the leading global procurement and supply chain consultancy, has announced the promotion of Adam Forgacs to the role of Vice President, marking a significant step in the firm’s leadership within the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Based in Dubai since 2019, Adam’s promotion reflects Efficio’s continued focus on strengthening its presence in the Gulf. He began his journey with Efficio in 2011 in the London office, where he specialised in strategic sourcing, outsourcing, and procurement transformation across various industries including banking, construction and chemicals.
Since moving to the Middle East, Adam has played a key role in building Efficio’s profile in the region. He led the development of the firm’s Local Content and Industrialization services and established Efficio’s ‘Local Content Centre of Excellence’.

His efforts have greatly contributed to Efficio’s growth across key sectors such as petrochemicals, mining, telecommunications, aviation, and the public sector in the region.
