The Data Hub Integrated Solutions (Moro Hub), a subsidiary of Digital DEWA, the digital arm of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), has launched its e-Invoicing solution, enabling government and private sector organisations to create, manage, validate, and exchange structured electronic invoices within a secure, compliant, and scalable digital environment.
The solution is designed to support regulatory compliance, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen trust in digital transactions.
The launch comes as the UAE advances the phased implementation of its e-Invoicing framework. Organisations with annual revenues exceeding AED 50mn are required to appoint an accredited service provider by 30 October 2026, with mandatory implementation from 1 January 2027.

The solution provides a secure, compliant, and scalable platform for end-to-end UAE electronic invoicing enabling structured digital invoice generation aligned with PINT-AE specifications, FTA-aligned validation and seamless exchange, digital signature enablement, and secure electronic exchange through the Peppol 5-Corner Model.
In addition, the solution supports enterprise resource planning (ERP) environments, with strong SAP delivery capabilities while remaining integration-agnostic to support non-SAP ERP and data source environments.
