Reaffirming its commitment to fostering a safe and secure workplace, Nissan hosted Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Head of the UAE Cyber Security Council, for a dedicated awareness session on digital safety.
Held at Nissan’s Middle East HQ in Dubai, the session focused on equipping employees with essential knowledge and best practices to navigate the digital landscape and safeguarding personal and organizational data.

He emphasized the importance of adopting responsible online behaviors and empowering employees to become ‘cyber ambassadors’ who lead by example, fostering a culture where cyber security is prioritized and seamlessly integrated into daily practices within their workplaces and communities.
Equipping employees
Adding to the discussion, Richard Van Der Meer, Regional Vice President, Information Systems & IT at Nissan AMIEO, echoed this message in a video address, emphasizing Nissan’s commitment to equipping employees with tools and knowledge needed to navigate the increasingly digital workplace securely.
