Dalya Lebbihi promoted to General Manager, Operations and Sales
At the back of rising sales, Samana Developers, the leading real estate company in Dubai, recently announced the promotion of Dalya Lebbihi as General Manager of Sales and Operations, along with 55% increase in sales headcount to double the sales revenue in 2021 with the expected rise in Expo 2020 visitors’ to Dubai.
The executive promotion is part of developer’s consolidation of its UAE operations and aligning its sales strategy with three new project launches, a press communiqué said.
“Since her joining Samana Developers, sales increased to phenomenal 100% and we achieved the highest rank in sales awarded by the Property Monitor’s Index in March 2021, four months ago. I believe it is a well-deserved promotion,” remarked Imran Farooq, CEO, Samana Developers.
Dalya, an Algerian expatriate raised in Dubai, has a wealth of experience of working with Dubai’s top real estate developers. Dalya is a real estate sales professional with extensive experience in corporate real estate including industrial, multi-family, retail property asset and portfolio management.
