Air Arabia has announced the launch of its new daily non-stop service between Sharjah and Frankfurt, strengthening air connectivity between the United Arab Emirates and Germany while making Frankfurt the airline’s second destination in the country after Munich.
Starting 15 December 2026, the new daily service will connect Sharjah International Airport (SHJ) and Frankfurt Airport (FRA) further expanding Air Arabia’s growing European network.
The new route will be operated by Air Arabia’s Airbus A320neo, offering customers a modern and comfortable cabin experience while delivering greater operational efficiency and improved fuel performance.
Growing importance
“As our second destination in Germany, the new route reflects the growing importance of the German market within our network and the strong demand we continue to see for travel between our two countries,” commented Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer, Air Arabia.
“By offering daily flights between Frankfurt and Sharjah, Air Arabia is creating an important new connection between the Frankfurt Rhine-Main region and the United Arab Emirates,” added Fraport COO Dietmar Focke.
