Move to drive global commercial strategy and growth

Aramex has announced the appointment of Faysal El Hajjami as its Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
In his new role, El Hajjami will lead Aramex’s global commercial agenda, with responsibility for strengthening commercial strategy and execution, accelerating customer growth and further enhancing the company’s approach to sales, pricing and strategic account management across its international network.
El Hajjami brings more than 25 years of experience in the international express and logistics industry, spanning commercial strategy, sales, pricing, product development, aviation, trade lanes and general management.
Commercial strategy
He joins Aramex from DHL Express, where he most recently served as Vice President Commercial for the Middle East and North Africa, overseeing commercial strategy across a significant revenue portfolio and contributing to global commercial strategy as a member of DHL’s Global Commercial Executive Committee.

El Hajjami will be based in Dubai and will work across Aramex’s global network to advance the company’s commercial strategy and support its long-term growth ambitions.
