Dr. Sameer Al Ansari and Alan Bougourd take on new positions
RAK International Corporate Centre (ICC) has appointed Dr. Sameer Al Ansari as CEO, alongside Alan Bougourd as Registrar, as part of its efforts to achieve global brand recognition as a premium jurisdiction for company formation.
Dr. Sameer brings over 30 years of expertise and deep industry knowledge in private equity and investment banking, having managed private equity (PE) funds, investment banks and investment companies.

He has considerable experience in the finance arena as a board member for 12 years at the DIFC and Hawkamah as well as in the private equity and institutional investment markets,” observed HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman, RAK ICC.
Dr. Sameer’s appointment coincides with that of Alan Bougourd, who joins as Registrar after having worked for over 20 years in the Guernsey financial services industry, including six years as the Head of the Registry on the island.
