A cash dividend of SAR 1.5 per share will be distributed to shareholders
Saudi Arabia’s Bahri has announced that its Board of Directors has recommended SAR 590,625,000 in dividends for the financial year ending 31 December 2018. A cash dividend of SAR 1.5 per share representing 15% of the nominal value will be distributed on a date that will be determined later.
“The Board’s recommendation of cash dividends reflects Bahri’s strong growth and rising cash flow and earnings during the financial year of 2018. It is also a true testimony to the company’s commitment to deliver lucrative returns to our shareholders,” said Abdullah Aldubaikhi, CEO, Bahri.
As a reflection of the company’s strong performance, Bahri reported a 34.4% increase in third-quarter net profit to reach SAR 81.3mn (US$21.67), as compared to SAR 60.5mn (US$16.13) last year.
