Launches Q-Com in strategic collaboration with noon ‘Send for Business’
Shorages, a technology-enabled fulfillment infrastructure platform serving e-commerce and omnichannel brands across the Middle East, officially unveiled Q-Com, its new quick-commerce fulfillment service, at a recent invitation-only industry event held in Dubai.
During the event, Tolga Neftci, Co-Founder and CEO, Shorages, officially presented Q-Com and introduced the service’s role within the company’s wider fulfillment ecosystem. Q-Com was launched in strategic collaboration with noon ‘Send for Business’, supporting the last-mile delivery component of the new service.
The gathering brought together founders, executives and professionals from across e-commerce, logistics, fulfillment and last-mile delivery. Guests exchanged perspectives on the future of quick commerce in the UAE, the operational demands behind faster delivery and the infrastructure brands need to scale without adding unnecessary complexity.
Rising expectations
Q-Com is designed for brands that need to respond to rising expectations for speed without building a separate logistics operation. By positioning inventory closer to customers and connecting order management, warehouse operations and last-mile delivery through one integrated workflow, the service enables eligible orders to be delivered within 30 minutes once they have been packed and are ready for pickup.
The service launches as part of the wider Shorages portfolio and will initially be introduced to existing Shorages customers. This allows brands already using Shorages for warehousing, fulfillment or delivery to add a faster service level while maintaining centralized visibility across inventory and orders.
