The Saudi Maritime and Logistics Congress returns on 21 and 22 October 2026, moving to Jeddah Superdome as the event scales to meet demand from a maritime sector central to Vision 2030, according to a press statement.
The congress will bring the global maritime and logistics community to one of the Kingdom’s most important trade gateways at a defining moment for the sector.
The 2026 edition is expected to draw a global industry audience to Jeddah, with more than 15,000 participants from over 90 countries, including senior government stakeholders, port authorities, shipping leaders, logistics operators, investors and major industry buyers.
Maritime infrastructure
The Congress returns as cargo owners, shipping lines, logistics providers and industrial operators reassess how goods move through the region. That reassessment is turning maritime and logistics infrastructure into a strategic priority, with port capacity, supply-chain resilience and Red Sea connectivity now central to how companies plan their regional growth.
By moving to Jeddah, the Congress places exhibitors and delegates beside one of the Kingdom’s most active logistics gateways, where decisions are being made, partnerships are being formed and future trade capacity is being built.
Mawani, the Saudi Ports Authority, and the Transport General Authority join the 2026 edition as main partners. Mawani oversees nine major ports across the Red Sea and Arabian Gulf coasts, including Jeddah Islamic Port on the Congress doorstep. The event is delivered with founding strategic partners Bahri and Seatrade Maritime Saudi Arabia, part of Informa.
New port capacity
The 2026 programme will examine how new port capacity, logistics zones, freight corridors, shipping services and digital infrastructure are changing the way goods move between Asia, Africa and Europe.
Across two days, operators, regulators, investors and technology providers will address the commercial and strategic opportunities created by Saudi Arabia’s growing role in regional and global trade, the press note continued.
