Plans to develop over 6mn sqft in Dubai
Casagrand, one of India’s leading real estate developers with more than 22 years of delivery experience and over 200 completed and ongoing projects, today outlined its long-term growth strategy for the UAE, with plans to develop more than 6mn sqft of premium residential and mixed-use space in Dubai over the next three years.
The announcement follows a strong first year in the market. The company’s debut development, Casagrand HERMINA at Dubai Islands, is now 60% sold, while two additional projects are in the process of being signed before the end of the year.
Casagrand’s entry into Dubai has been marked by a series of milestones in a relatively short period. Casagrand Hermina has also earned prominent industry recognition, winning the ‘Off-Plan Project of the Year’ title at several prestigious awards in 2026.
Balanced portfolio
“Over the next three to five years, our objective is to build a balanced portfolio of premium residential developments across Dubai and to establish Casagrand as a trusted, long-term name in this market. We are not here for a single project. We are here to build a presence that lasts,” commented Luthfullah K, Director Dubai, Casagrand.
The company intends to bring the design and development expertise built across India over two decades into the UAE, while adapting it to the city’s international and highly sophisticated customer base.
Dubai remains the company’s primary focus for expansion, with Casagrand seeing significant long-term potential across both established master-planned communities and emerging growth corridors.
